Most skills use either 16 or 27 energy. Atom Smasher uses 8 so you can use it twice. That gives you some room if you are EMPed or Assimilated.
Carry one energy and one HP booster.
Intimidate Str builds and don't try to stun BHs with lots of Shadow Arts, better to Atom Smash their energy or intimidate them.
The build is not sparti's, it is made by a merc. Spartic has no alts.
